We do not allow wood burning fires in Paradise, however we do have propane fire-rings available for rent ($15/night or $5/night with your own tank). 3 night special (Fire Pit and Propane Tank $35)

Creek View, Pine Creek, Little Cub and Fawn View are the only dog friendly cabins ($20/per dog /per night)
$250 fine for any pets found to have been in any cabin other than the Creek view, Pine Creek, Little Cub, and Fawn view cabins

Deposits & Cancellations:
At the time of reservation, we will collect your credit card information. We do not utilize this information unless one of the following scenarios occurs:
If you cancel within 10 days (RV Site) or within 30 days (Cabin/RV Rental/Hallett’s Peak Cottage) of arrival date, your credit card will be charged the total amount based on your reservation information if we are unable to re-rent your site, RV rental, Cabin or Cottage. All cancellations must be verified by a phone call and email confirmation.
If you cancel outside 10 days (RV Site) or outside 30 days (Cabin/RV Rental/Hallett’s Peak Cottage) of arrival date, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 (RV Sites), $50.00 (Cabin/RV Rental) or $100.00 (Hallett’s Peak Cottage).
At the time of cancellation, we will re-confirm your credit card information previously received to verify info is current.
Check In Times:
CABINS, RV RENTALS & COTTAGE: 2:00PM – 5:00PM (CALL AHEAD FOR LATE OR EARLY CHECK IN)
RV SITES: 12:00pm – 5:00pm (CALL AHEAD FOR EARLIER AVAILABILITY) Any RV arriving after 7pm needs prior approval or will be asked to wait until the following day.

Other Policies:
QUIET HOURS OF 10:00PM TO 8:00AM STRICTLY ENFORCED
VISITORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN OFFICE (FEES FOR OVERNIGHT EXTRA PERSONS AND VEHICLES)
ALL CABINS, RV RENTALS, COTTAGE, AND BUILDINGS ARE NON-SMOKING. PLEASE BE CONSCIUOSOF THE PROXIMITY OF YOUR NEIGHBORS IF SMOKING ON THE PATIO. A $200 FINE WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD IF SMOKE IS DETECTED AFTER STAY.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
DOGGIE RULES:
-Your dog is definitely welcomed in Paradise!
-Estes Park has a wonderful Dog Park in town with access to Lake Estes!
-Dogs must be on leashes no longer than 6 feet at all times.
-Dogs may not be left unattended.
-Excessive barking will not be tolerated and guests may be asked to leave.
-We provide “doggie bags” in our Dog Walk Area, please clean up after your dog.
-Any damage from your dog will result in charges equivalent to the incident; including replacement of any damaged items.
-Any dog showing aggressive behavior or tendencies must leave the park immediately or be reported to Estes Park Animal Enforcement. Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldog, (Pit Bull types) or Akitas are not allowed in the park.
-Please inquire about local Estes Park day/pet lodging options.
– If any dog is found in a cabin other than the designated dog friendly cabins/RV rentals, you will be fined $200 and asked to leave if you are unable to make immediate alternative plans for the dog.
