DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

At the time of reservation, we will collect your credit card information. We do not utilize this information unless one of the following scenarios occurs:

If you cancel within 10 days (RV Site) or within 30 days (Cabin/RV Rental/Hallett's Peak Cottage) of arrival date, your credit card will be charged the total amount based on your reservation information,if we are unable to re-rent your site or accommodation.

If you cancel outside 10 days (RV Site) or outside 30 days (Cabin/RV Rental/Hallett's Peak Cottage) of arrival date, your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of $15.00 (RV Sites), $25.00 (Cabin/RV Rental) or $50.00 (Hallett's Peak Cottage).

VISITORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN OFFICE (FEES FOR OVERNIGHT EXTRA PERSONS & VEHICLES)

ALL CABINS, RV RENTALS & COTTAGE ARE NON-SMOKING. $200 FINE WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD IF SMOKE IS DETECTED AFTER STAY.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

DOGGIE RULES:
-Your dog is definitely welcomed in Paradise!
-Estes Park has a wonderful Dog Park in town!
-Dogs must be on leashes no longer than 6 feet at all times.
-Dogs may not be left unattended (or alone inside without crating & muzzling).
-Excessive barking will not be tolerated and guests may be asked to leave.
-We provide "doggie bags" in our Dog Walk Area, please clean up after your dog.
-Any damage from your dog will result in charges equivalent to the incident; including replacement of any damaged items.
-Any dog showing aggressive behavior or tendencies must leave the park immediately or be reported to Estes Park Animal Enforcement. Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls or Akitas are not allowed in the park.
